Why does my left shoulder hurt when I breathe?

My lower left shoulder, hurts, it hurt when I breathe deeply, when I put pressure on it, and when I turn around, I'm 14 and I've had this since 2 days ago, i also started kickboxing last Thursday ,and to me, it was very tiering. How can I make this go away?
