Business English: Can anyone help me write the proper form and capitalisation?

Sorry, this is just too much to undertake. But one simple thing you can fix very easily: every time you have (new paragraph) you MUST finish the previous sentence with a full stop, and you MUST start the new paragraph with a capital letter.
