Can ghosts actually touch you?

Okay so last night after talking with my best friend i fell asleep, when i woke up like 30 minutes later i felt a hand grabbing my own. Now i know it wasn't mine because i felt both my hands and one of them being grabbed by another. When i grabbed the hand with the other i turned on my cell phone light only to realize that my hand was holding on to nothing. I freaked out, the strangest part is that while i was on the phone with him i felt like i was being watched and i could see the outline of a person next to my window. Now my only question is can ghosts really touch you, if not was it a bad entity that grabbed me the way it did. Im scared now because im not the only one in this house to report something similar, what is this?
