What could causing my lungs to hurt?

I recently started going back to school and the classrooms always have the AC at about 70degrees F and every time I get really cold and my lungs begin to hurt after being in there for about 45 minutes. It hurts when I berate in the cold air and when class ends I get in my car and because its hot inside I start feeling better after breathing the warm air. Recently I started feeling other symptoms as well, my arm gets cold, nose gets runny, and my left ear hurts a little when I touch it. If you can help I'd appreciate it. I want to hear your opinions before I see a doctor. Thanks.
