What stadium will be use in the aff suzuki cup semi final for the philippines for their home ground?

i know that rizal memorial stadium is the home ground for the philippine national football team however the stadium is being renovated. PFF said that the stadium will finished in november. if it is really finished, how many more seating capacity has it expanded?
